For orders without Route, please note once an item is marked "delivered" by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier if any delivery issues arise. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items therefore no refunds will be issued for lost, misplaced or stolen items, and we will not re-ship the items. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you purchase Route Package Protection, which is available in the cart before checkout, your full order will be covered in case any items are lost, damaged, or stolen. Read more about Route below.
RAGEN Jewels offers full order protection through Route Package Protection, which is available as an option in the cart before checkout. You can opt out of Route Protection by clicking on the pink checkmark box before checking out. Route helps you track your packages visually, and provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
Make sure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:
- Lost: within 30 days from the last tracking update
- Damaged: within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Stolen: within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
